Enquiries: listeningbody@proton.me For people coping with anxiety-related feelings or symptoms with a trained trauma-informed somatics and yoga facilitator and qualified therapist. Movement and breathing as a holistic approach toward relaxation and types of strength and flexibility that may resource you in life. These sessions do not set goals to be achieved. Participants are invited to explore choice-making within this movement-awareness practice at their own pace moving towards taking control of what happens to their body.
